I had the pleasure of dining at Japit, a sushi bar that reminded me of the ones I've been to in Japan;
I opted for the omakase set and can say without hesitation that it was the best choice. The chef guided us through an unforgettable culinary journey, with a selection of extremely fresh and expertly prepared dishes. Each course was a discovery of flavors, unique combinations and impeccable presentations.
The staff was extremely courteous and professional, always attentive to our needs. I highly recommend letting yourself be guided by the experience and competence of the chef, who will surely amaze you.
I can say that Japit is a must stop for sushi lovers!

Si dice che si tende all’eccellenza, ma non si raggiunge mai… Stasera mi sono dovuto ricredere . Japit è l’eccellenza della cucina. Abbiamo iniziato con zucchine e ricotta in pastella . Poi l’estasi ! Gnocco Tommaso alla Nerano . La bontà non si può descrivere . Bisogna mangiarli . Poi aragoste al vapore con burro di Penta al limone. Che dire ? Un’esplosione di sapori!
Abbiamo bevuto l’ottimo Biancolella 2023 di Mazzella che ha deliziato le nostre papille….
E per finire babà con la crema!
