Excellent sushi, freshness and quality of food, Japanese chef, owner who shows great knowledge of Japanese culture. Negative aspects: cramped room with dim light, lack of privacy, presumptuous attitude of the restaurateur: one is almost ashamed to make ordinary requests on condiments (which would be normal in medium-level restaurants), asking for extra wasabi or ginger seemed like an "outrage to the majesty of the restaurateur".... :)). The price was exaggerated due to the modesty of the service offered (120 Euros for 3 dishes without wines), it would have been honest if the service had also been at the same level, considering the modest location. The expensive dinner, in fact, due to the small quantities of a starred restaurant and the exaggerated cost, had the effect of a good appetizer that unleashed a great appetite and left the stomach unsatisfied. To tell the truth, considering the excellent quality and freshness of the food offered, in contrast with the small number of seats and the lack of space, the manager's choice to keep prices high to cover management costs and also to select the socio-economic status of the patrons becomes understandable... with honest prices it would be impossible to manage and the queue outside the restaurant would reach the Arch of Trajan, also causing traffic problems!! In conclusion, if you are modest people who "speak as you eat" and want to satisfy not only the palate but also the "substance", it is better for you to go somewhere else.

Il vero sushi non bisogna aggiungere altro sulla qualità delle materie prime e per il fatto che in questo locale si mangia veramente GIAPPONESE! Quello che non mi ha convinto sono: Locale piccolissimo e con i tavoli addossati, luce sparata in faccia e locale senza anima. Così come il servizio, per tanti potrebbe andar bene ma per me è risultato un po’ troppo incedente tanto da risultare pesante ad un centro punto. Conto leggermente alto vista la struttura. Siamo stati a cena ieri sera io e mio marito. Servizio molto professionale , sushi come in Giappone, menù molto variegato , rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente…ci rivedremo presto!
