JAMBO In Pescara

My experience at this establishment was terrible due to the absolutely unacceptable behavior of an employee. I was in line with other people when a white-shirted employee approached, walking past everyone else and acting arrogant. When I politely pointed out that he needed to respect his shift, he reacted aggressively, saying things like, "I work here, you don't know who I am," and threatening to have me kicked out simply because I'd asked him to respect a basic rule. The situation escalated when, coming out of the bathroom, he grabbed my arm, squeezing tightly, and repeating, "I'll show you." Shortly thereafter, I was actually removed from the establishment without the opportunity to retrieve my sweatshirt, remaining in the cold for about 15 minutes. Only another employee of his let me in. Such behavior, especially from a staff member, is totally intolerable. Incidents like this should never happen in a establishment that claims to offer a serious service.
