From the appetizers to the first courses of the "Roman tradition" everything is of an incredible level. I have a weakness for their amatriciana for the homemade pappardelle alla Carbonara or with white ragù or the legendary recipe aglio olio e peperoncino revisited in addition to the legendary meatballs in sauce brought in the endless triumph of appetizers. The meat is indisputably Crazy prepared on an elegant brazier clearly visible in the large room. The cellar is very well stocked as is the department dedicated to spirits where you can find whiskies from every corner of the world. The dessert side is very complete with always new additions of the day in addition to the artisanal ice cream.
