I'm sorry, but in two situations I happened to order things, and they forgot the cream, and now it's happened again. The annoying thing is that they never answer the phone. I'm sorry to give this opinion, because their ice cream is very good.

The Nutella flavor is simply illegal.. I would eat a tub of it. Always super good, fresh place to eat while sitting inside and always friendly staff. Fixed appointment for me.
