J - Soul Sushi Take Away In Forlì

05/02/2025: We went to Sakana on the advice of some people who had spoken quite well of it and we can confirm that we were pleasantly surprised. We went as a couple with a newborn in the stroller for lunch. The waitress was very nice and cheerful with the child, she made us smile and helped create a pleasant atmosphere. The menu is quite extensive compared to many other restaurants and the quality of the fish particularly satisfied us: the fish was of evident quality while the sushi rice had both the right flavor and the right temperature and it is not easy to find this combination of positivity in all restaurants. The Chinese food was excellent, the spaghetti was very well made, cooked to perfection and was not greasy, while the grilled beef was soft and tasty, as was the grilled salmon that melted in the mouth. The plating had a really nice style. We believe it is one of the best places in Cesena in terms of the quality of the food and service, we are definitely thinking of returning in the future.
