24/05/2025: Very good pizza, arrived a little late. I am writing this review to give you some advice: avoid responding aggressively to reviews. I understand that there may be frustration, but the responses are public and, in the eyes of customers, certain tones may seem unprofessional. Criticisms should be welcomed, because it is precisely from them that we can understand what to improve. Waiting two hours (it was not my case) is not normal, and the customer, honestly, does not care how much there is: if you cannot manage the orders, either hire more staff and improve the quality of the service, or avoid accepting more orders than you can handle. Making customers wait that long is disrespectful, and it is certainly not their fault. The pizza is good, but without an improvement in the relationship with the customer, unfortunately, it will be difficult to grow. And I would be sorry because the pizza deserves it. Remember that everything you write is public and will be read by everyone. When you reply to a review, count to ten, breathe and don't let your emotions guide you. I hope that this review, if read with the right spirit and not as an attack, can be helpful for the future and contribute to making you a 5/5/5 pizzeria.
