It was such a pleasure to discover this place and meet Agostino and his wife. You can't expect a restaurant, it's more a home restaurant. Sustainability, genuine, local food are the key words which describe better the place. Thanks to an italian law which applies in some region, this fisherman Agostino and his wife managed to make a kind of restaurant in their house. He fishes and based on what he finds, his wife prepares delicious plates with a combination of flavours. Everything is prepared by them with passion and dedication. It's great to hear about his experience. The tastes are delicate, never too much. Menu is fixed, with water, coffee, wine and glass of myrtle included. I would come back again and again!

Siamo ritornati in questo posto 3 anni dopo e abbiamo riprovato lo stesso entusiasmo e soddisfazione per il buon cibo e la buona compagnia. Il proprietario è un uomo estremamente educato e accogliente, spiega correttamente le pietanze e la preparazione fatta dalla moglie. Chi viene qui deve aspettarsi cucina casereccia, pesce fresco e sapori della tradizione.
Il costo è 45 euro e vengono serviti 4 antipasti, 1 primo e 1 secondo, oltre al dolce, acqua e vino della casa. Nessuna bevanda gassata perché proibita nell’ittiturismo.

A sincere cuisine that enhances the freshest raw materials, truly highly recommended.
Last but not least: all the staff are extremely kind and welcoming, a real rarity in such tourist locations.

Great experience, by coming to this place you will be immersed in the atmosphere of a family of fishermen who cook their products to perfection. We didn't have to book and were taken anyway but with luck, the ideal is to book in advance. Start of the meal at 8:30 p.m. with a succession of very hearty fish dishes.
A word of advice to go there with an empty stomach! Excellent formula at €45 which includes everything.

A very sweet experience awaits you in Ittiturismo Antares. We were here on two evenings - once with and once without a reservation.
You should make reservations early around lunchtime. Food is always at 8:30 p.m. It's best to arrive at 8:10 p.m. to be able to choose a good spot. The restaurant is located in a residential building and requires a little searching, but it's worth it.
The condition is English speaking and attentive. The food is prepared very freshly and depends on what is available daily. There is a set menu for all guests that will satisfy even the hungriest stomach. It consists of four starters, a pasta dish, a main course and a dessert, as well as drinks. The house wine is not special, but is refilled for free until the end.
You pay a very fair fixed price of €45. There are also free stories from the fisherman who runs the shop.

Abbiamo prenotato in questo posto, in quanto il mio fidanzato aveva avuto modo di provarlo già alcuni anni fa e ha pensato di farmi provare questo magnifico “locale”.
Iniziamo con il dire che questo posto non è un ristorante, ma un ITTITURISMO. Al nostro arrivo, il titolare (un pescatore simpatico, serio e molto piacevole) ci ha spiegato come fosse nato quel “locale”, la bellissima filosofia che c’è dietro e il motivo per il quale non lo si possa definire “ristorante” (a mio avviso è molto di più!!!)
Il “locale” è, di fatto, la casa del pescatore, il quale ha adibito la veranda per cene squisite a base di pesce appena pescato.
È un posto ordinato, che profuma di mare e serenità.
Chiamarla cena è riduttivo: questa è stata una vera e propria esperienza che, personalmente, ripeterei altre mille volte.
Abbiamo mangiato benissimo (complimenti alla moglie del titolare, che cucina) e bevuto molto bene.
Il personale in sala era composto e di un’estrema gentilezza.
È stata davvero una serata piacevole.
Ah, il menù è fisso e cambia giornalmente in base a ciò che il pescatore a pescato… quindi potete immaginare la freschezza e la bontà del pesce.
Abbiamo pagato € 45,00 per svariati antipasti (eccezionali!!!), un primo, un secondo, il dolce, l’amaro e il caffè. Per la qualità, a mio avviso il prezzo era più che corretto!
Assolutamente da provare! Noi ci torneremo di sicuro!

The best place to eat fish in Stintino while feeling at home! Fish caught by the manager and served for dinner, expertly cooked by his wife with the help of his daughters, in particular Simona, who is very knowledgeable in the work she does as well as being very kind.
