An experience that goes beyond the excellent cuisine, which is excellent, plentiful, and more than reasonably priced. The welcome, the atmosphere, the presentation of the fish tourism project, the typical Stintino cuisine caught by Captain Agostino and cooked by Gavina's expert hands. The menu changes daily, seasonally, and based on the catch of the day. Not only does the familiar atmosphere make you feel at home, but Agostino and Gavina are also able to tell you everything about the culture and history of Stintino and the surrounding area. They are both rich in culture and experiences to share, as well as kindhearted. I should add that they also took the time to accommodate my pregnant partner. It was the best dinner of the trip for us; don't miss this gem in Stintino.

It was perfect.
An all-inclusive menu for €50 with unbeatable value for money... Fresh fish in a variety of forms, very well cooked...
But be warned, it's as filling as it is delicious!!!
It's a must-do... I highly recommend it!

All the dishes were excellent. Agostino, who was apparently gruff, proved to be sociable and very passionate about the fish tourism project.

The concept of this place is worth a visit. The place looks good and is cozy. The people are nice and welcoming. The food was a little unsalted for my taste, but that's a minor issue.

We went for dinner one evening in September; reservations are required, of course.
Agostino is the owner of this Ittiturismo and is a fisherman who goes out to sea every day. Depending on the catch he manages, his wife, daughter, and cousin prepare the various dishes.
At the beginning, it's wonderful how he explains to all the customers who they are, what they do, what menu they're offering that day, and how life at sea works to make all this possible.
We ate four appetizers (fish meatballs with zucchini sauce, Catalan-style monkfish, dogfish in garlic sauce, and sweet and sour skate), a first course (casarecce with squid ragù), two second courses (baked white seabream and dogfish with potatoes), dessert (choice of seadas or tumbarelle), grappa or liqueur (choice of mirto or filu 'e ferro), water, and unlimited wine (if it runs out, they'll bring you more). The price is fixed at €50, all-inclusive.
What can I say? Everything was delicious, perfect, carefully prepared, and served with passion and attention.
Agostino and his family are warm, delightful, down-to-earth people with sound values and very helpful.
I highly recommend everyone go there and enjoy this experience because it will be a wonderful memory you'll take home with you.
That €50 isn't just a plate of fish, it's a person who goes out on a boat to try fishing, unsure if he'll succeed, and who has to do all the maintenance on the boat and mend the nets. Plus, there's a family who sets the tables and the various dishes and tries to make sure everything is perfect every time. That €50 is an experience, and in my opinion, it's absolutely worth it.
Thank you, Agostino, to you and your family for what you've made us experience, for the conversations we've had together, for the kindness and purity you've shown us. Keep up the good work!
Mandi and keep in touch. (Goodbye and take care of yourself.)
As I said before, thank you for the experience.
Sincerely, friends from Friuli.

Forget the usual dishes you find in almost all seafood restaurants. Here, you eat what our parents and grandparents bought directly from the port or from their local fishmongers, cooked according to tradition with simple, authentic flavors. The difference here is that the fisherman serves the product of his morning's labor directly to your table.
In our case, dolphinfish with cherry tomatoes, Stintino-style tuna salad, dogfish with caramelized onions, dogfish salad and sautéed vegetables, Sardinian gnocchi with amberjack, grouper fillets, and baked scofano with potatoes; plus house wine, seadas (typical sweets), coffee, and amaro. Simple, perfect.

It was a very nice gastronomical experience at someone’s house 😊. It is a completely green concept, you have a fixed menu, you eat what is prepared by the host that day. Is a fish based menu, the husband is the fisherman, the wife is the cook and the daughter is the waiter. We had a rich appetizer, first and second course, desserts, the house wine, water, coffee and digestive. No plastic recipients were used. All the leftovers were taken home. It is a great sustainable alternative and we enjoyed it very much. The food was tasty and the feeling was that we were invited at some nice people’s home.
