Lunch below par.. disappointing.. Very kind, warm and welcoming environment, but compared to the last time something has changed in the kitchen.
Mixed starter, too simple and cheap and with a very salty tuna which, among other things, at our table in a dish, was really missing.
First, a little hard/raw pasta and a small dish that seemed more like a tasting than a course. The seasoning is good.
Second, however fresh but a small fish and a potato leaf..
Desserts not bad but even the classic Seadas had some shortages.. it must be the period we Italians are experiencing..
Overall, the costs will have increased for everyone, perhaps due to some internal family problem, in addition to some errors and distractions, the fact is that the amount paid this time was a little excessive.

Eating at a fisherman's home...
Was for a unique experience.
It couldn't be more authentic.
Food at the highest level and of the very best quality.
But also being able to listen to the stories rounds off this experience.
Something like that needs to be respected and honored.

A beautiful day in Stintino, the beautiful Pelosa beach, the place where we had lunch was wonderful. A truly unique and welcoming Ittiturismo. The owners are kind and friendly people. Their dishes, from appetizers to desserts, are truly tasty with a unique taste. The fresh fish caught of the day directly from the owner. My partner and I were delighted to have tried these wonderful dishes. Congratulations from ❤. We will gladly return.

Attirati dalle recensioni (anche se alcune contrastanti) in due coppie abbiamo deciso di provare "l’esperienza" dell’ittiturismo Antares.
La serata inizia con la presentazione, di qualche minuto, del padrone di casa: Agostino e su ciò che avremmo gustato quella sera.
Il pesce ovviamente è freschissimo, le porzioni degli antipasti non erano generose, la pasta invece era abbondante, il secondo ed il dolce risultano essere porzioni standard.
Desideravamo vivere un’esperienza culinaria unica nel suo genere, di cenare assieme ad una famiglia del posto e con pochi altri commensali, di interagire con tutti loro, dove il pescatore raccontava sue esperienze vissute, aneddoti sulla pesca, sulla vita degli stintinesi, il tutto nell’intimità di una famiglia del luogo.
Quella sera eravamo una trentina di clienti, dislocati in tavoli sia all’interno dell’abitazione che nell’adiacente cortile esterno, il servizio ai tavoli è stato garantito da Agostino e da una ragazza (forse la figlia?)
Purtroppo non ci siamo sentiti come a casa, non abbiamo percepito quell’atmosfera piacevole e conviviale immaginata…..per noi è stato come aver cenato in un qualunque ristorante di pesce con menù fisso, vino sfuso, acqua e dolce a 45 euro a testa.
La cena è trascorsa anche piuttosto velocemente. Mi dispiace ma non ci tornerei.

What can I say. . .I had other expectations. I was convinced by the positive reviews but today what I liked was: the first course and the typical dessert.
The 3 starters were all cold, which was suitable for the first two but not for the third considering the sauce.
The first was composed of dumplings with tuna ragout, very good. The second. . . I could call it an opprobrium (which I really regret) fried tuna, French fries and caramelized onion all a mix. I'm sorry to say it, but it almost disgusted me🥲 we left it all. A very popular typical dessert. The service was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I'm very sorry, I expected more, much more.
