Amazing experience! Our server was wonderful and the food was amazing! Our carbonara with truffle was so flavorful and our favorite of our entire trip!

Just previously read about this place near the Galileo Museo & Basilica Croce on the Southeast side. Lots of overall positive reviews of the aforementioned attributes: 5 stars in every aspect. My gf and I walked about 8 mins to this lively spot after leaving the Galileo; it’s our final night in Firenze so we wanted a high quality meal to remember the city by —and that we got— along with friendly service staff. Carbonara was done to perfection here, al dente & tasty—- some other places just don’t get it right. Raviolis with meat sauce and roasted sea bass (branzino) with thinly sliced yukon potatoes, capers & sun dried tomatoes were also well executed. I’d spent 20yrs in kitchens career wise and this is how hospitality/F & B industry should strive for. We didn’t do dessert, but I’m sure they’re also very good. Bes was our server along with a sweet young lady and good natured male host.

It's a special place with an extraordinary energy, beautiful people and delicious food. The place is easy to find and I didn't regret choosing it. Congratulations to everyone involved!

great restaurant the food excellent I had the spaghetti carbonnara with truffle it was great the waiters are very nice we were even offered a glass of limanchelo very nice decor nothing to say frankly it was perfect I strongly advise

Just popped out for a quiet pizza and a glass of wine, which turned into a wonderful "Festa della donna" as we were spoiled from the moment we walked in, to the moment we left. Special thanks to Ash and the saff for being so attentive and humorous. Francesca and Chiara 😊😊🍷

25/05/2025: The protagonist of the second edition of 4 restaurants had struck me for its frankness, both in the cuisine and in the approach. Although we do not consider the program a reference for the choice of restaurateurs, we had promised ourselves to go and today after eight years we succeeded. And although everything has happened in these 8 years, we found what we had seen on TV. Not to be missed
25/05/2025: Protagonista della seconda edizione di 4 ristoranti mi aveva colpito per franchezza, sia nella cucina che nell'approccio. Nonostante non riteniamo il programma un riferimento per la scelta dei ristoratori ci eravamo ripromessi di andarci e oggi dopo otto anni ci siamo riusciti. E nonostante sia successo di tutto in quesi 8 anni, abbiamo trovato ciò che avevamo visto in TV. Da non mancare

11/05/2025: We were here for Mother's Day.. We were treated very well even though the place was full of people The raw fish and the freshest mussels.. The first ones are good.. The quality and the price are more than honest The girl in the dining room is courteous... and the owner is always present without being too intrusive... Advise
02/04/2025: I recommend eating fish, quality/price is ok. It is generally open for lunch while for dinner it is open from Friday to Sunday (check the opening times carefully). I have eaten for lunch several times (PRIMO ALLO SCOGLIO) and have always had a good time; try....
