My wife and I happened to be in the area and wanted to try and see if we could buy something at the Italcaffe factory outlet.
What we didn't expect was that we got a personal tour from one of the managers (Paole), who took a lot of time and showed us the roastery's production process.
He even invited us to a coffee and gave us really good advice.
Very personable, we were so impressed by his behavior.
We are definitely happy to give it the highest rating and hope to come back next year to refill our coffee supplies :-)
