Truly a special place, I returned after a few years in which I had fond memories and I must say that it is even better than I remembered. I recommend the tasting menu at €26 where you can choose 5 courses from a vast selection, you can find yourself full very easily and you eat truly excellent quality food! I'm not normally a big fan of raw fish, but here it really impressed me, it will remain in my heart (and stomach). Not to mention the Japanese-Peruvian fusion dishes, truly balanced and delicious. I had a divine ceviche and guacamole! The cocktails are also very good. The price is very honest, considering that in an average Japanese non-stop dinner you pay between 25 and 30 per person for a decidedly lower quality. There's no real non-stop formula here, but you still come out full, but full of quality food! Rating: 4.9
