Ishi In Busto arsizio

11/2025 I tried again for lunch, mindful of the excellent experience in the past, and... what a disappointment! The sushi was neither good nor bad, but the price was much higher than average (€28). I don't know if something has changed in the meantime, or perhaps the lunch "cook" isn't the same as the evening chef, but I certainly wasn't satisfied. 5/2025 The all-you-can-eat sushi was really good, and the food was excellent overall, probably among the best in the area. The salmon was farmed, but not very fatty. I have some reservations about the service; they should be more flexible when it's less crowded, for example, assigning a larger table even if there are two of us. Initially, the waiter filled every corner of the table, even though I specifically asked to wait until we'd finished our meals. He also wasn't particularly attentive, as he repeatedly passed over my plate. Still, it's worth it if you want to eat well.

Have eaten here 3 times now over 4 years. I try sushi every city I visit and this is my favourite in Busto Arsizio. This recent visit was no exception.

Everything was really delicious! This is my third time here. Compared to other AYCE restaurants, the quality of the food is really high. You can tell the food is fresh. If something goes out, they're always really kind to help. They're so sweet!

Since we work nearby, we dine here often, both in-person and for takeout. The staff is incredibly friendly, and there's a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, including sushi, ramen, poke, and more. The prices are excellent, and I've never had any issues with the quality. They often try new dishes, so be sure to ask what they have on hand that day to ensure a quality meal you won't find elsewhere. I recommend ordering à la carte because you'll save money if you eat normal portions.

A very good Japanese restaurant, fast service and very kind

Our five-star rating is truly undeniable! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the service was attentive and thoughtful. The staff were all very welcoming, and the atmosphere was classic Japanese minimalism, quiet and comfortable. Whether it's a date or a casual get-together with friends, this place is a perfect choice – the experience was a blast! The meal was generous, and from the appetizers to the sashimi to the sushi, every dish was exquisitely delicious and beautifully presented. It was a very satisfying meal, and the value was excellent. Highly recommended for all sushi lovers!

We went to Ishi, an all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant in Busto Arsizio, but unfortunately, I wasn't particularly impressed. The selection is fairly average, and compared to other sushi restaurants in the area, I didn't find anything that stood out. Furthermore, as a celiac, I had a hard time finding suitable dishes: if you limit yourself to sushi, the selection is really limited, while other restaurants in the area cater much more to those who can't eat gluten. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it's not a place I'd recommend if you're looking for more thoughtful and inclusive options.

Perfect. I've known this restaurant since 2019. All-you-can-eat menu for around thirty euros. Mainly Japanese specialties. Most of the dishes are small, which leaves you plenty of room to try them. The menu is very varied; I haven't found anything like it in France. It's fresh and very good. And what's more, it's a visual treat with "liquid nitrogen" effects on some dishes. I recommend it.
