07/09/2025: A Japanese and fusion restaurant located in a high-traffic area in Gallarate—it's worth noting, however, that it's barely noticeable inside. The restaurant is well insulated from both internal and external noise. Considering it seats about a hundred people, it's divided into several different areas, each aesthetically different, creating a nice mix of atmospheres. We chose to sit in the area with traditional floor seating and rice paper booths, and perhaps it was a poor choice. The atmosphere wasn't particularly appealing, and we felt a bit isolated, so I wouldn't recommend it. There are much more interesting areas.
As for the food, the dishes were served randomly, China-style, so to speak, and included both raw and cooked dishes. It's a shame I didn't get to try the eel, which I was quite drawn to!
As for the service, it's certainly very efficient but not very communicative. I understand it better at lunch, but in the evening it's a bit aseptic, especially considering the price. There's no explanation of the dish or advice from the host.
I highly recommend their takeout service. In addition to the dishes you choose, they include a small entrée and a dessert, which is truly appreciated!

I personally recommend it 😊
