In uno splendido casale ristrutturato il ristorante ti accoglie in una location elegante e molto piacevole . I tavoli apparecchiati con gusto con piccole attenzioni ai particolari . Menu’ con un offerta classica senza fronzoli non troppo ampia e, a mio avviso , ne guadagna la qualità . I primi piatti sono molto buoni e la materia prima eccellente . Le carni sia di cinta senese , sia di agnello o di manzo mi hanno sorpreso per la cottura precisa , con un equilibrio di sapori e spezie che in un agriturismo non trovi quasi mai . Discreta la carta dei vini che però manca di alcune tipologie nelle bollicine e nei rossi extra Toscana . Servizio impeccabile . Attento e spontaneo . Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Imperativo tassativo: rispetto della tradizione, dei prodotti del territorio e del Km zero. Genuinità della materia prima, sapori e profumi di una cucina di una volta, gusti che solo i nostri nonni sapevano regalarci...questo è Ischieto. Ambiente accogliente, staff di cucina e di sala professionali, attenti e discreti. Una sosta obbligata ed obbligatoria nelle Crete Senesi. Bravi e Complimenti.

04/04/2025: Typical trattoria, very nice inside and well furnished... The thing that struck me most was the cover!!! This is because covered by them means a small taste of creams and pecorino fondue all enriched with toasted bread, and not the simple chair that takes care of!!!! Compliments

06/05/2025: I went to dinner with my wife in this wonderful location, but unfortunately the extremely slow service made the food go awry. Is it possible to serve only two dishes (starter and first course) in 2 hours and 10 minutes? Yes, it is possible, and in the end we also had to give up the dessert (ordered and never arrived after 35 minutes of further and vain waiting) given the extreme slowness with which the dishes arrived to all the diners present. The waiters were kind all things considered but when it came to the bill we would have expected at least an apology, given the annoyance expressed at not having been able to enjoy the dessert. You are in Pienza in a fairytale location, you cannot offer such a poor service. Ah, the food is still good, but it makes you want to comment on it only at the last minute given the dripping that this restaurant subjects you to.
