A simply exceptional experience! It's not every day you encounter such kindness and helpfulness. I arrived at the port of Procida at the last minute, as the hydrofoil was about to set sail for Pozzuoli. I thought I'd missed the ride, but instead the Ippocampo Navigazione staff greeted me with a smile, inviting me to go to the ticket office to buy my ticket and reassuring me that they would be waiting for me.
It was a gesture that made all the difference for me: professionalism, humanity, and attention to passengers who are rarely seen. Nothing like this had ever happened to me!
