There's also an excellent and vast selection of flours, preserves, and high-quality fruits and vegetables. I recommend the truly excellent fresh bread, made on-site with top-quality flours and olive oil; it lasts for days and is delicious. Regarding cosmetics, I have to say they're not up to date in terms of offerings. I personally would look elsewhere, perhaps Italian brands that are less "commercial," because those familiar with the eco/organic world are looking for something different and tailored to their specific needs, and unfortunately, there's no comparison with the online competition. There are very interesting brands in the footwear, clothing, home accessories, and home decor departments, where you'll find the ladies in the department extremely helpful, friendly, and always smiling—something I don't take for granted from personal experience! I highly recommend the bar; it's welcoming and relaxing, a real treat for me! Kudos to the wonderfully kind, organized, and truly capable staff (despite the fact that they're often left alone for too long, having to please so many customers). The display is incredibly inviting, with a wide selection for breakfast, including delicious croissants and vegan options, as well as delicious cakes made fresh by them using top-quality ingredients. The almond flour and orange cake we tried this morning was simply breathtaking! They also offer a variety of great options for lunch, including the deli counter and dining area. I must say that the friendliness of the hypermarket staff has also improved significantly lately, which keeps us coming back often.

Some reviews complain about high prices, but you pay for quality! Furthermore, compared to other (smaller) organic food stores, Iperbiobottega is more affordable. I didn't give it five stars only because of the rudeness of some cashiers, particularly one particularly rude person who has worked there for several years. She's absolutely not suited to a job dealing with customers. I regularly shop at Iperbiobottega, but I must confess that sometimes I'm reluctant to go for this reason. Fortunately, the recently hired cashiers are kind and polite. They also have a well-stocked cafe, offering both sweet treats (brioches, cakes, cookies, etc.) and savory items. The vegetable and fruit juices are exceptional. I often have breakfast there and have always had a great experience. The ladies at the bar were very kind and friendly. Congratulations!

The memory of a store with excellent products and affordable prices twenty years ago is now a mirage.
