Io e Valter Pizzeria Le Torri In Roma

It's the second time I've gone to get pizza from Valter and I in 3 days, after discovering it. There's very little to say here, they make some absurd pizzas, not to mention the magic they do with the one with octopus carpaccio. All are good, but the one with the carpaccio, chicken and shrimp salad makes you stay speechless. Fried, obviously excellent ones too. Light, crunchy pizza with high quality ingredients, they don't have a flaw, even the queue you have to queue, who cares, even if I wait 40 minutes, it's worth it because you can't find pizzas like this anywhere. Big applause.

Also worth trying are the stuffed ones which are the specialty of the place.

Without a doubt the best pizza by the slice I've ever eaten. another surprising thing is the price: I literally ate everything, spending just over 10 euros, very little for what I got. the only flaw is that it takes at least an hour to reach it for those who use public transport and don't live in the eastern area of ​​Rome. but in any case magnificent.

Even though we miss the girls who were there before, the quality of Walter's pizza is still the same if not better. Excellent as always.
