Interludio In Prato

Pleasant both for the atmosphere and for a good portion of the dishes served (the orecchiette were rather banal...), but what is annoying is the difficulty in issuing receipts, as if there were a tacit understanding with the customer...

I chose this place online based on the reviews, and I must say I was very pleased! The staff were friendly and polite, the food was beautifully presented, and the food was delicious... We dined in the garden, a lovely spot... thank you for the service, the good wine, and especially the good food!

Monash University has a campus in Prato, Italy, and, as a Monash academic, I regularly visit Prato with my partner. Tonight, we dined for the first time at Interludio Ristorante, on a balmy July evening, in the restaurant’s magnificent walled garden. It was without doubt the best meal we have ever eaten in Prato. We ordered several delicious seafood dishes (though there were also many meat dishes on the menu as well), which were very reasonably priced for such a high quality meal. The service was great and the atmosphere was divine.
