We were looking for a welcoming place and we found it 💛 This family-run Indian restaurant is a real gem: you can immediately sense that the cooking and work here is done with love. The mother is in the kitchen and prepares incredible dishes, with a super-balanced mix of spices and flavors, fragrant but never overpowering, truly enjoyable even for those who don't like spicy food. Her son is in the dining room, kind, attentive, and always smiling: he makes you feel at home right away, explains the dishes with passion, and gives excellent advice. Excellent food, a relaxing atmosphere like eating with friends, very fair prices. In short, one of those places you'll want to return to... and in fact, we'll be back soon. We ate here for the first time and I can say we're thrilled with our choice. The service is unmatched by any other restaurant because you're treated like a friend or family member, and the owner's kindness is genuine and sincere. Speaking of the food, we found everything delicious, especially the lamb, which I think is their signature dish. We also had a dessert made with chickpea flour and dried fruit, unique. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much to all of you and also to the wonderful mother (the yoga chef).

I had a wonderful meal here at the Royal Restaurant. The owner is truly kind and helpful, attentive to your every need, and treats you like guests of honor. He's a genuine, kind person. The food was delicious, served on elegantly decorated plates, perfectly seasoned and very healthy. The combinations of vegetables, spices, meat, and legumes were almost perfect. I recommend the lamb, which was delicious and perfectly cooked. To finish, we had a dessert with chickpea flour and dried fruit. I could have eaten another 10. I thoroughly enjoyed it. We'll be back. Starved of Indian food after 10 days in Sicily, and this Punjabi place came to the rescue! Great food, excellent service and was mostly full of locals which seems like a good sign. Great veggie options too, unlike the majority of restaurants on this island!

Really delicious and authentic Indian food! The chef/owner and her son were incredible people with lovely hospitality. The curries were sooo flavorful. They also gave some complimentary biryani which was finger licking good.
