Was missing ethnic food so tried out Indian Curry Restaurant. Tables were busy outside on a Sunday evening but it was empty inside. Coperto was 1,50€/person. - Menu fisso mixed (19,00€) - mango lassi, samosa, two pakoras, naan, basmati rice, lamb and yellow lentils. Massive amount of food, more than enough for two people. Naan wasn’t fluffy. Pakoras and beef samosa were solid. Lamb was okay. Dishes came out lukewarm - Saag aloo (6,00€) - decent

Locale molto pulito e personale super gentile, molto meglio di altri ristoranti italiani che ci sono in giro per Catania. Il cibo era molto buono e il prezzo era contenuto. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante e ci ritornerò volentieri.

Location caratteristica nel pieno centro di Catania, alle porte della tipica “fera o luni”, i tavolini all’esterno permettono di godere al meglio dell’atmosfera internazionale che oramai si respira ampiamente in città. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e con il sorriso. Molto ben consigliati, abbiamo preso Falafel e Pakora, riso con verdure, Palak Paner (buonissimo) accompagnato a Mango Lassi (bevanda squisita), immancabile il pane chapati, ed infine il dolce al cocco Laddu (un’esplosione di sapori e spezie) e the caldo con latte, a chiudere il lauto pasto. Il conto l’ho ritenuto assolutamente congruo. Bella esperienza, consiglio di farci un salto. Piatti consigliati Dolce Indiano, Mango Lassi, Felafeo E Pakura, Polpette Di Lenticchie Gialle, Couscous, Samosa E Pakora, Salse Varie Piatti vegetariani Ottimi piatti soprattutto il Palak Paner che consiglio. Particolarmente speziato, sprigiona tutti i profumi dell’India.
