High-level dinner at Incoho, led by chef Vito Murrone, who offers creative cuisine rooted in the territory. We started with a selection of raw and seafood carpaccio, very fresh and well presented. The spaghettoni with lobster was perfectly balanced, while the grilled octopus on stracciatella impressed with its tenderness and successful combination. A cuisine that enhances the raw materials with technique and taste.

Location fantastica, menù accattivante, piatti eseguiti davvero bene soprattutto i primi, c’è molta attenzione ai dettagli come le chips di benvenuto e il pane tostato caldo condito con sale ed olio; il personale gentile e disponibile!

Visited this beautiful place in Galatina for a dinner as a couple (with the two dachshunds under the table, inseparable companions).
We ate and drank of great quality, a good choice of raw materials composed and processed with care and wisdom.
Excellent service, we will be back for sure.

Anni fa ci andavo spesso per la pizza sino a quando ho scoperto l 'ottima cucina dello chef e in particolare la linguine all' astice veramente al top.
