My recent visit to Incoho was positive… Quality of food: The food was undoubtedly one of the highlights of the evening. The dishes were prepared with care, good ingredients, and in particular the fillet was a real delight, I was amazed by the size which perfectly reflected the right dimensions (a rare element in restaurants), cooked to perfection and with an exceptional flavour. Service: Service was good, with friendly and attentive staff. However, there were some small improvements in waiting times compared to expectations, which decreased the regularity of the dinner a bit. The staff, however, handled the situation very professionally. Atmosphere: The atmosphere of the restaurant is good, with refined design and lighting that creates an intimate and pleasant environment. It is an ideal place for a special dinner, whether as a couple or with friends. Value for money: Considering the quality of the food and the service offered, the value for money is adequate. The prices are in line with the overall experience and almost justified by the attention to detail, even if there is room for some small improvements. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the place is very good, both in the common areas and in the toilets. It is clear that attention to the environment is a priority for the restaurant. Conclusion: Incoho is a restaurant that I highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-end dining experience. The quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere make it a great choice. It could easily reach excellence... I like to have these experiences and review them in total freedom, to give honest and useful feedback to anyone who wants to try new restaurants, and also to restaurateurs who wish to measure themselves to understand their level, from our point of view ...

The seafood is phenomenal. For a starter we recommend the carpaccio, whether it is salmon, tuna or amberjack it doesn't matter, they are all butter under your teeth. First, the tomato and lobster linguine was a success. The paccheri with monkfish are another marvel. Finally, if you want to end on a high note, we recommend a mixed fish grill. The octopus and cuttlefish are cooked to perfection. We leave the pleasure of discovering swordfish to you.

Locale di altissimo livello e già esteticamente molto appagante. La cena si è svolta in due momenti. Per iniziare un antipasto di pesce crudo che consiglio vivamente, con ostriche, gamberi, tonno, salmone, e tanto altro. Tutto freschissimo e rivisitato, oltre che posto nel piatto divinamente. A dir poco fantastico. Successivamente abbiamo degustato un polpo tenerissimo su letto di stracciatella, affiancato al tonno scottato al punto giusto, con semi di sesamo. Che dire...non ho fatto in tempo a fare le foto perché il richiamo del mare è stato troppo forte.. è bastato degustare chiudendo gli occhi per sentirsi in riva al mare. Se poi aggiungiamo la gentilezza e la preparazione del personale non ho alcun dubbio nel consigliare questo ristorante.. semplicemente qualitativamente Superiore!

Ambiente pulito e curato, raffinato ed originale; personale accogliente e discreto. Primi e secondi molto buoni con prezzi nella norma, da migliorare gli antipasti (ovviamente mi riferisco a ciò che abbiamo ordinato noi), ottime le patatine, non le avevamo mai assaggiate preparate così. Il fatto che funzioni anche come pizzeria permette di accontentare pure i più piccoli.
