In Vino Veritas Wine Bar In San severo

I can only compliment Francesco (and his staff) for the wonderful service he offered us for a business breakfast. I called on Saturday to ask if they were open for lunch on Monday and even though it was a day off, he opened the restaurant just for us. With such a service, what can I say other than THANK YOU!? He made us look great with our guests, because above all, the technique and the dishes selected for us were simply wonderful! The wine selection was also excellent. I have been to this place other times and we always had a good time, but this time it was 10 out of 10! These are the beautiful places that San Severo needs. Thanks again, heartfelt compliments and see you next time!!!

Hidden gem in the heart of San Severo. Local atmosphere and amazing food with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend for seafood lovers.

For me a very positive surprise that I will keep in mind for the future. Excellent food, friendly staff with fast and attentive service. Unfortunately the place is too small and when it is full the confusion and shouting is annoying. For how much you ate and drank, perhaps 20% less would be fairer. Highly recommended and I will definitely return. Well done..!!

Delicious food and fantastic staff

Excellent! We stopped in San Severo and decided to have lunch at the Onda Fish & Wine bar, intrigued by the excellent reviews. The restaurant is new, the environment is refined in white and navy blue, the equipment with pearly details is very cute. Chef Francesco Nardella is a wonderful person, truly friendly, with extensive experience in Monte Carlo, super good and professional, he pampered us as a great host with unmissable dishes of a high standard. Chitarrina cheese and pepper and fantastic raw tuna, ditto the paccheri di mare, the tuna tataki with spicy sauce and the octopus on chickpea cream. Even the homemade cherry liqueur, a marvel. Absolutely recommended! We'll be back.
