In Unzaja - Vegan Restaurant In Savona

Food very healthy, full of taste, unique dishes. Something I’ve never tried before. Lovely atmosphere and great service. I feel very lucky to have found this special place in Savona!

We went for the New Year's Eve dinner, discovered by chance because we are not from Savona and we relied on Google and we did well, Anna welcomed us with kindness and kindness and brought us really good and very well presented dishes , from the appetizer to the dessert we didn't leave a crumb, everything was excellent! Well done, well done, well done!

We went to this restaurant for the first time for New Year's Eve 2024, and the overall experience exceeded all expectations! Delicious food (including probably the best seitan we've ever tried!), attentive service, the friendliness of the owner and the festive atmosphere... We couldn't ask for anything better. A pleasant discovery in an area unfortunately poor in vegan offerings.

A welcoming and familiar place...the owner is really kind and knowledgeable...top vegan food...prepared with care...excellent desserts...but also all the dishes that the chef prepares...thank you! !!

Stunning and 100% vegetable restaurant! My partner and I are regular customers now. When we come to Savona we can never miss the stop at In Unzaja ❤️. For over four years we have considered ourselves loyal customers and have tasted countless dishes. I would say they deserve even 10 stars and more! The menu changes between lunch and dinner. Furthermore, at dinner there are often off-menu items. Then there are the desserts of the day and also seasonal variations. Every time coming here is a discovery and a pleasure. Among our favorite dishes, the testaroli with basil pesto and also with walnut pesto undoubtedly stand out. But their savory pies also really stand out. The roasted rice, Thai tofu and refritos beans are also excellent 😋!!! As for desserts, our favorite is their Fiesta but I must say that the other desserts are no less! Anna and Michele's recipes can also be found online on their website and I must say that I am passionate about them. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone, both vegans and non-vegans!

Un ritorno dopo molti mesi qualità buona servizio apprezzabile per celerità e cortesia porzioni ridotte rispetto a mesi fa costo del desert (8€), sproporzionato Un neo significativo, all'interno di un buon servizio. che ne pregiudica il ritorno in future occasioni. Peccato.

Finalmente dopo anni che lo puntavo sono riuscita a cenare ieri sera lì! Persone meravigliose e piatti ottimo! Il ristorante era pieno di tavoli con gente che arrivava era meraviglioso vedere come ci fossero persone di tutte le età, sia bambini che anziani Viva la cultura vegan e i piatti gustosi che offerte!
