Review that I hope to raise to 5 stars on a second visit, because it absolutely deserves it! I got the meatloaf as an appetizer and, in my opinion, it was too cold. The pasta with walnut sauce was delicious! The dessert was a raspberry jam tart, and it was good, but a little too little jam. The menu is very varied and extensive, so I will definitely come back to try other dishes!

Friendly staff. Menu with many options and pairing possibilities. Very generous portions. Very good desserts. Slightly high price, but some dishes have really generous portions so they can be shared. The risotto with mushrooms and coconut is amazing!!

Una coccola per il cuore e l'anima non solo per la pancia che apprezza e gode sicuramente!!! Ristoratori "fondamentalisti" amanuensi, praticamente quasi tutto fatto in casa, zero microonde e nulla è precotto!! La dedizione e l'amore si ritrovano nei piatti!! Un plauso speciale per la parte dei dolci che ti mandano in paradiso!!! 💗

Discovered it today with a friend, very welcoming place and staff, excellent food, we will definitely return, in fact it will become our little secret place, a treat for the palate and the soul.

Food very healthy, full of taste, unique dishes. Something I’ve never tried before. Lovely atmosphere and great service. I feel very lucky to have found this special place in Savona!

We went for the New Year's Eve dinner, discovered by chance because we are not from Savona and we relied on Google and we did well, Anna welcomed us with kindness and kindness and brought us really good and very well presented dishes , from the appetizer to the dessert we didn't leave a crumb, everything was excellent! Well done, well done, well done!

We went to this restaurant for the first time for New Year's Eve 2024, and the overall experience exceeded all expectations! Delicious food (including probably the best seitan we've ever tried!), attentive service, the friendliness of the owner and the festive atmosphere... We couldn't ask for anything better. A pleasant discovery in an area unfortunately poor in vegan offerings.

Un ritorno dopo molti mesi qualità buona servizio apprezzabile per celerità e cortesia porzioni ridotte rispetto a mesi fa costo del desert (8€), sproporzionato Un neo significativo, all'interno di un buon servizio. che ne pregiudica il ritorno in future occasioni. Peccato.

Ligure Blue Restaurant

30/12/2024: We received a very friendly welcome and the staff were attentive throughout our stay. We noticed this at the reception, in the restaurant and in the evening bar. The breakfast was excellent and so was the dinner. Very hospitable, we would love to come back 😊 warm greetings from the Straub family
17/11/2024: We stayed at the Hotel Ligure in the last week of May 2024 with a 2 year old girl and my pregnant partner. Cozy, sober and elegant hotel. Excellent location, overlooking the pier and the gut, with two splendid seafront terraces for the restaurant and bar. Spacious and modern junior suite, carefully cleaned. Wellness area with excellent masseuses, outdoor terrace and jacuzzi with sea view. When we used it it rained and the jasmine scent of the gazebo was intoxicating. However, what struck us most was undoubtedly the cuisine. Rich sweet and savory breakfast, lunch and dinner with refined, never repetitive menus, with exquisite dishes, worthy of a high-class à la carte restaurant. Special thanks to Roberta, the owner, Luigi, the maitre d', but also to Riccardo, Mimmo, Gianni, Matteo, Giancarlo, Umberto, Sara Silvia and Cris, impeccable staff, professional and discreet but capable of making you feel at home. To conclude, it was a positive experience on all fronts that we highly recommend.
