What a hidden gem!! Take the extra 5 minutes to walk down the street instead of stopping at places right at the ship pier. Incredible service as the owner translated each item on the menu for us. Quick service and delicious food. Started with the fried cod, then the spaghetti scampi with giant langoustine, shrimp ravioli w/ lemon crème sauce, ending with a delicious baba (traditional Salerno dessert). What a hidden gem!! ...il locale è un tantino datato...ma non vecchio...personale moooolto gentile e disponibile...cibo...nulla di particolare...medio...non brilla...prezzi di poco più alti della media salernitana...caratteristica è la possibilità di mangiare sul pontile tra le barche... sul mare...tra le onde...da evitare se si soffre di mal di mare...ma caratteristica che rende il locale..."diverso"...

Amazing restaurant right out on a floating jeti in the port. My partner and I visited this restaurant on our first night in Salerno (Saturday is a must book!). We arrived at 8:30pm and were slightly worried to be the only people there... however, every table was full by 10:30pm with reservations. The staff didn't speak English but the lady (I assume was the manager) was really patient and together with our broken Italian and Google translate we were able to order an amazing meal. The seafood was to die for. A must visit.

We ate divinely, the very easy-going lady who comes to talk to you at the table and tell you the history of the restaurant is a gem not to be missed. I ate the best spaghetti with sea urchins of my life. But in general all the dishes were very good.
