If you are looking for a gastronomic corner near the sea in Caletta di Castiglioncello, you cannot miss Caffè Bistrot, located in Via Aurelia 428 A. The owners, Nicola and Cinzia, are true lovers of cuisine, and it can be felt in every dish they serve. Their dedication is manifested in the attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients. Personally, I often stop for work reasons and every time it is a pleasure to come back. But it's not just a great choice for those who work; it's also a great place for a relaxing weekend dinner. Just 100 meters away is the seafront promenade that leads to Porto Cala de' Medici and the center of Castiglioncello, an excellent opportunity for a nice walk after dinner/ or after lunch. A must to try is the vaporata with prawns, monkfish and steamed vegetables: a dish that combines freshness and flavor impeccably. Furthermore, the wine selection on offer is excellent and complements the dining experience perfectly. And don't forget to leave room for dessert! The house tiramisu is simply divine, a perfect ending to an already fantastic evening. Caffè Bistrot is undoubtedly a restaurant to recommend and a place where the passion for cooking is transformed into a memorable experience. I can't wait to return!

Una cucina di alto livello, in un locale semplice e molto pulito. Tanto amore nei piatti proposti, materia prima di qualità, una esplosione di gusti e sapori. Bravi davvero! In assoluto il miglior locale dove abbiamo cenato. Proprietari cordiali e molto gentili. Prezzi onesti. Consigliatissimo!

Cosa dire….cibo sicuramente buono ma niente di eccezionale, ci siamo messi seduti alle 13.00 per essere serviti circa un’ora e un quarto dopo.Tavolino all’aperto sotto una tenda, menomale che ogni tanto tirava un po’ di vento😣 Conclusione per il servizio offerto un po’ caro.a pari di un ristorante di livello sicuramente superiore
