27/12/2024: A distanza di un anno mi sono di nuovo recato alla macelleria nella speranza di un qualche miglioramento. Posso solo confermare che la carne era e resta di qualità elevatissima. Per quanto invece riguarda il servizio, rimaniamo su livelli bassissimi visto che il tutto era servito su piatti di cartone. Prezzi ancora più elevati dello scorso anno. Ingresso locale saturo di fumi della brace, forse la cappa era rotta.... Pagamento TB ( total black ) Se non avesse la carne eccezionale sarebbe da evitare.

01/11/2024: We stumbled upon this place by chance, located near our accommodation, invited by the exposed embers. As soon as we entered the owner made us sit as if we were family. On the advice of the owner we were able to try some fried meatballs which were out of this world. We then took some mixed skewers whose meat literally melted in your mouth. The prices seem high but the portions are really huge. The fresh chips were sublime. The added value was, without a doubt, the hospitality of the owners. They treated us like we were family, describing the dishes with love and passion. You can really see that they love doing what they do. Kindly offered by the house: an excellent limoncello. First evening in Puglia: if these are the premises, a fabulous stay awaits us.
