29/09/2025: Yesterday my sister ordered a Gran Crispy McBacon and unfortunately found a hair inside the sandwich. The staff was helpful and immediately replaced it, which is certainly appreciated. However, incidents like this shouldn't happen, especially in a chain where high hygiene and quality control standards are expected. I hope it was just an isolated incident, but it's still an unpleasant experience.
