We stayed in Nola for a friends wedding. After various searches on the best pizzerias in the province of Naples, we came across Impastili. One word: perfect. From the reception to the bill. A very kind team and fantastic food! We recommend napcrunch dough pizza, the omelette, the mozzarella in carrozza and the homemade cheesecake! Thanks guys! :)

Recommended by chatGPT (yes we relied on the well-known AI!), we went to this pizzeria after booking. We ordered chips with pulled pork (one of the things we try when we go to a new place) and pizzas to appetize. A menu with wide choice and very friendly service. Even though the pizza was nice and full, it had a very digestible dough. We definitely recommend it.

We come from Sardinia. We also went to this place two years ago and had a great time, so as we were passing through Nola, we decided to come here again this year. The pizza is really excellent, so far the best I've ever eaten. I recommend Napcrunch. We also tried the potato croquettes and the bucatini fritattina. All really good prepared with top quality ingredients. Friendly staff attentive to customer needs, in particular Maria Assunta who served us. The owner offered us some delicious courgette flower pancakes. Super recommended.

I chose to return (having already been there) to celebrate my birthday because the quality-price ratio is superb... the location is very intimate and comfortable but above all the professionalism and kindness of all the staff is now a rare commodity nowadays and at Impastilli you can find all this and more... we ordered montanare, crocche, omelettes and pizzas (extraordinary Brontese and provola and pepper)..Sublime!!!! I want to praise the manager Antonio and his staff....

Surprising experience! There were 4 of us and we tasted a bit of everything, out of curiosity and the selection of the dough, I believe that a bread-making process like this is not for everyone, working with wholemeal flour and obtaining a highly digestible, alveolated and perfectly crunchy pizza. what sets you apart and you have to be proud of it, we took 2 pizzas on the shovel (patapop, spicylla, porcina) one better than the other, then 2 napcrunch pizzas one piennolo and buffalo, and one Signora Margherita, I say Signora because truly phenomenal, very balanced in everything is super crunchy, this evening as a pizza and bread making lover I truly enjoyed it from the first to the last bite, congratulations guys, we'll see you again soon. Thanks also to the waitress who looked after us, recommended all the time.
