IMO In Alessandria

For a completely personal taste I consider IMO 1 the best Japanese in the Alessandria area. The choice at lunch is also excellent, the portions are the same as the evening ones (which is not to be taken for granted) the service does not involve throwing dishes on the table as often happens in these you-can-eat restaurants. The price is high but in line with other Japanese restaurants nearby. Especially recommended for lunch!

It's my favorite tied with another. There are dishes that, especially at lunch, are not often seen, and the taste is decidedly good. The water is 0.75, not per litre Edit 12/27/2024: unchanged quality, I continue to like it very much, now that unfortunately my other favorite has closed, this restaurant is my point of reference when it comes to sushi. Good food builds loyalty, true, but I have to admit that I miss not receiving the "like at my aunt's" treatment. Perhaps that builds loyalty even better and, at least for solitary souls like me who eat alone, an extra little word when it comes to the bill is nice.

Excellent food, very fast service (too fast), modern, clean and warm environment

Frequento spesso questo locale e ogni volta la qualità è ottima. L'ambiente è curato, pulito e accogliente, mentre il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile, rendendo l'esperienza piacevole fin dall'inizio. Il cibo è davvero delizioso, preparato con ingredienti freschi e attenzione ai dettagli. Ogni piatto è succoso e saporito, con porzioni abbondanti e ben equilibrate. Anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente: i prezzi sono giusti per il livello di qualità offerto. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chi cerca un'ottima esperienza culinaria in un ambiente piacevole e a un costo adeguato.

It's changed a lot in the last two years: the food is good but no longer excellent, but the service is still admirable. The portions have decreased and the food is less refined.
