Imo Sushi Bar In Roè volciano

This restaurant was a wonderful surprise! The fish was incredibly fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was excellent. Everyone had a smile on their face, which made my meal truly enjoyable. The only downside was the limited parking, but after eating here, you can completely overlook that!

A good all-you-can-eat sushi place. I have to say I've tried a few, and this one impressed me the most. You can feel the difference in quality compared to the average place. They don't have a menu with a ton of choices like the average place, but this probably gives them room to manage and focus more on quality. Very friendly staff, always with a big smile, from the welcome desk to the (Italian) waitress. The kitchen also has staff who are "among themselves." This had already made me expect the quality to be superior. I gave it 4 stars for the atmosphere, which isn't bad at all, in fact, but I think they could do a little better, that's all. The only downside is the parking, which isn't at the restaurant, but there's limited space nearby. But once you've tried the restaurant, you can overlook it. 🤗

I've been going to this place for many years and have always been completely satisfied. The food is excellent (the best all-you-can-eat I've ever had, both in terms of quality and aesthetics), the staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is welcoming.

A little surprise... impeccable service and a great deal of friendliness... the place is small and well-kept, with very well-defined spaces between the tables. The menu (Sunday lunch) is standard, with plenty of choice, especially for the first courses, and super generous portions (be careful, because you really risk not being able to finish it). Only one sore point: the chicken dominates without rivals (even on the evening menu). If you want beef or pork, you will be very disappointed. In conclusion, we will return because some dishes are worth trying again and others still to be discovered.

I come here often for both lunch and dinner, and for me, they're a sure thing: friendly staff, delicious food. The tartare is the best among Japanese restaurants in the area, as is the rice (not sticky) and the dishes in general, the light tempura... various raw dishes and a wide selection of cooked dishes. I go there at least once a month... Thank you for your professionalism!
