A super friendly innkeeper for many years. The food selection is great and plentiful for a grill place. Whenever I'm in the Brenner Pass, I always enjoy going to Luis's.

We waited over half an hour for a boiled sausage (Frankfurter) and a portion of pommes. Outrageous. The staff was elderly and slow.

31/03/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Goulash morbidissimo e saporito al punto giusto, lo stinco di maiale al forno altrettanto (e che vi consigliamo) Personalmente attento e gentile.

01/09/2025: Friendly welcome even during closing time. Good food.
10/08/2025: I stopped at the restaurant by chance after a walk through Castelrotto and Siusi. From the outside, you wouldn't pay a cent, but just stepping inside is a unique experience! The lady was very friendly and kind. The food was fabulous, with some unusual and very unique ingredients. Overall, they're traditional dishes.
