So I ate at home but everything was good but I can say they are too expensive

I went to Floris for the first time for a dinner with my colleagues, a nice, very elegant and welcoming place and the waiters served us straight away and didn't make us wait at all! I took an ortolana pizza and I really liked it in every way, the high crust, tasty and very soft and the well cooked vegetables and I really appreciated that it was very light and not at all heavy. Then afterwards I had the tiramisu, too bad I felt it was too wet with coffee and it didn't excite me. But overall I was satisfied.

La pizza è buona con un bel cornicione e ben condita. Ma evitate di prendere carne come la tagliata con rucola e grana, mi son pentito di averla presa, il taglio della carne non era adatto per la tagliata, pezzi grossi e pieni di nervi, potevano almeno sgrassarla prima, un terzo lasciato nel piatto e 24 euro di tagliata buttati nel cestino. Ritornerò ma solo per la pizza mai più per la carne.

La pizza è ottima, sia per quanto riguarda l'impasto sia gli ingredienti. Personale gentile e professionale. L'ambiente è abbastanza accogliente anche se forse un po' scarno e freddo. Quando il locale è pieno si crea un rumore assordante che rende difficile la conversazione con i propri commensali. Prezzi leggermente superiori alla media
