Incredible service in my eyes. Generally, I find employees at various stores can be stuffy, but the employee at illy was very friendly and did not push us in any way to purchase. We decided to get some ground coffee. In addition, without asking anything, the employee offered us a coffee without asking for money. Basically, very good service from the gentleman with the glasses (I didn't get his name) and good coffee!

05/07/2024: Nice, local cafe with good choice of smoothies and vegetarian/ vegan options with very friendly owner, just the supplies and opening hours at bit strange. I have ordered vegan burger and got instead a bread with salad and veggies, due to lack of buns, wasn’t even comparable and price should be different. I also find opening hours 9am to 6pm very difficult, too late to grab a coffee before work and to early to close for the dinner, so I guess it’s mainly targeting tourists and people who don’t work, bit strange model if you ask me.
