I'lampredotto In Firenze

Amazing lampredotto. Very tender with chunks of fatty pieces. We got the spicy and it was perfect with the slightly gamey taste of the meat. 10/10 would come again!

I found it by chance, I wanted to eat something, I went in, a very kind and friendly lady, I ordered my sandwich, it was fresh, simple and delicious, I drank my beer!! I enjoyed it and left!! Simple and nice things!! That's it!!

I just stopped by with my girlfriend. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and super friendly. Fair prices, I recommend it to everyone. If we have the chance, we'll definitely be back.

Since I came to Florence to study, I've eaten a lot of lampredotti, but this is truly among the best. Very tasty, well-made, and with a truly special green sauce—a very intense flavor. The staff is also friendly and courteous. Highly recommended!

Honestly was skeptical to try this - I heard it was a part of the stomach of the cow and never had I tried that part of the animal before! But it’s a Florence staple so we gave it a shot. It’s definitely an acquired taste - depending on how the meat is flavored it tastes a lot like lamb. The bread is also dipped in the drippings which actually tasted good. If it is your first time, I recommend sharing one sandwich to see how you like it before committing to the whole thing. This place specifically was kind enough to let us try a piece of the meat first before we bought the sandwich - he said he stewed it for 18 hours before it was ready to cook! Definitely worth a try but wouldn’t get it again probably.

While looking for something to eat, we ran into this little shop. We ordered No. 10 Vegetarian bread, it was large enough for 2 people and the taste was amazing. The fillings were ample and the bread tasted so good.

Truly excellent lampredotto sandwich. Limited seating, but the staff are extremely friendly. Excellent quality lampredotto, perfectly cooked, using an original recipe. For me, it's a must-try when I'm in Florence. I urge the owners to keep going like this. Highly recommended!!!
