An experience worth repeating! The venue is fabulous, the garden even more so, quality ingredients, modern, no-frills cuisine, very professional and courteous staff (thank you, Francesco!), we truly appreciated everything, including the very relaxing background music. A pleasant discovery, the five stars are more than deserved. A lovely location in the center of Agropoli, just steps from the pedestrian area. The dishes I chose were plentiful and of excellent quality. I recommend not skipping any dessert or ice cream included.

A beautiful evening with spectacular food, a truly special culinary journey, one to repeat and highly recommended. The setting was beautiful, in the city center yet tucked away like a secret garden.

I had dinner at Vecchio Bottaio last night at the recommendation of the receptionist at my hotel. I tried the amberjack steak with eggplant mushrooms and zucchini alla scapece (side dish). The quality and preparation of the food were simply superb. Furthermore, the location just outside the center of Agropoli allows for a unique sense of tranquility and silence, exactly the relaxation I was looking for. The service was also excellent. The waiters were very knowledgeable and promptly informed me which dishes on the menu were unavailable and which "extras" were available. Highly recommended.

Ojalá más restaurantes en esta región fueran así. El personal aquí obviamente entiende que (todos) los clientes importan. Profesional, educado, bien informado y muy importante, acogedor! La comida era de primera categoría y proporcional al precio. Bien preparado, presentado y servido discretamente. El ambiente es sutil y encantador. El lugar está impecable. Parece que los propietarios y el personal se enorgullecen del negocio, un concepto que uno pensaría que todos los restaurantes cercanos entenderían. Si tuviéramos más tiempo, definitivamente habríamos vuelto una y otra vez. -Muchas gracias.
