A small family-run restaurant with excellent homemade pasta, we had Tonnarella and porcini mushrooms which were really very good. The house wine in bulk is appreciable, the service was excellent and even if you shouldn't expect anything special it is a place worth visiting if you want to have a lunch or dinner eating genuine things without spending a lot. Highly recommended

But what a beautiful discovery at Castel Madama! We stayed in this delightful village and had dinner here 2 evenings in a row. The supplì are delicious, the pasta is homemade and the cacio e pepe and amatriciana are superb (unfortunately we only tried those but if I could I would have tried everything). Very kind staff, family management that does everything to serve the best traditional Roman cuisine. It's a shame not to have them in Turin ❤️

03/12/2024: I ordered online and two days later the Fa.Lu.Cioli-box was already at home. The porchetta log arrives vacuum-packed, refrigerated. Inside, the porchetta is wrapped in classic white paper. Once removed from the vacuum, the typical aromas are released. Pleasant. A leaflet inside offers correct advice on how to bring the log back to temperature. Following the instructions, the rind becomes crispy again and the porchetta fragrant, tender and juicy. The production date is printed on the outer packaging and the porchetta delivered to me had been produced the day before receipt. In Rome and the surrounding areas of Ariccia you can order hot. The box included: - 1.8kg of porchetta log - 500g of porchetta agnolotti (very delicate flavour, to be used with a light sauce - 1.2kg of bacon. The porchetta log was a couple of ounces lighter and they compensated with a larger portion of bacon. We divided the log in half, vacuum-packed the remainder (see photo) and consumed a kg of porchetta in 4. More than enough. It's the first time I've purchased porchetta online and I will do it again. Shipping is free.
