Already when booking by telephone, the owner announced a line failure, which is why we would not be able to pay with the POS. The location is located in the open countryside, the road to get there is impervious and without lighting. The food is excellent but the organization of table service is open to review and not all the dishes indicated on the menu are available.

It is not the first time that we have chosen "Il Trullo dell'Angelo" for important occasions and more. Hospitable hosts, excellent cuisine, traditional and at the same time refined. A little jewel on the hills of Ostuni!!!

Local in campagna con gestione familiare ed apparecchiatura campagnola. Antipasto campagnolo di terra ma con niente di che. Cose scontate e non particolarmente sfiziose. Servizio premuroso ma non molto preciso con menù declinato a voce. Primi piatti nella norma. Dolci così così. Conto non alto ma forse un po’ troppo per la qualità delle cose mangiate. Amaro 2 cc ma pagato ben caro

A Fawlty Towers-like owner and service :-) provides a nice experience. You just have to see through it. Beautiful location, nice ambiance and local dishes for a reasonable price. A first and second course, a liter of rosé and two delicious desserts for two people for €70.

Abbiamo soggiornato ad Ostuni e guardando i ristoranti della zona ci ha incuriosito “Il Trullo dell’Angelo”per le recensioni positive.Ci siamo stati e dobbiamo confermare che l’ospitalità ,il cibo e il vino sono stati ottimi.

07/07/2024: Very nice bar suitable for starting the day with breakfast with good and genuine products, especially Ligurian focaccia. The owner is very kind and helpful and the service is quick and precise.

20/08/2024: I would have liked to give a little less, but I realize that this is only due to my unfulfilled expectations. I went there thinking of finding a pastry shop in the center of Brindisi. It's not a pastry shop. It's a good bar with good products. The coffee shop and croissants are good. The owners are very friendly even though when I went they had some problems with the POS.
