I am writing this review on behalf of my parents, who recently had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant. I would like to point out that never before have they asked me to review a restaurant, which is a clear sign of how impressed they were with the experience . From the moment they entered, they were greeted with rare courtesy and kindness. The staff was extremely friendly, making my parents feel at ease straight away. The environment was welcoming and perfectly cared for, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The food, they said, was delicious and prepared with great attention to detail. Each dish was a delight for the palate, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavours. The presentation of the dishes was equally impeccable, demonstrating a passion and love for cooking that is rarely encountered. Furthermore, the service was excellent: the staff was not only courteous, but also very attentive to my parents' needs, responding to their every request with a smile. In conclusion, I can say that it truly exceeded all my parents' expectations. Their experience was so positive that they asked me to share their gratitude and appreciation through this review. Very very nice place I was there on Saturday. Beautiful location, instagrammable place, excellent local cuisine, super pizzas (exceptional) Very good value for money, when you enter you immediately feel at home, the impeccable staff, the owner and the owner make you feel very at ease straight away (and they even come to you to have a "very nice" chat) Staff in the room very professional and quick from order to service. What can I say, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED place.

I have eaten Orecchiette pomodoro varieties all over Puglia and Salento. This time the Orecchiette Terra di Puglia. This was one of the best pastas I have ever had in my life. And there are quite a few 😀. Soooo delicious, thank you!
