very beautiful and evocative location, pleasant atmosphere, exquisite and very knowledgeable staff.
well-balanced, tasty and well-made dishes, the refinement in the products and combinations reigns supreme.
The wine list is also excellent.
Appetizers:
- braised mondeghilo (4 pieces) crunchy breading and well-balanced braised meat with its mustard and honey mayonnaise sauce
- Argentinian prawns (5 pieces) in rapé coconut breadcrumbs with siracha mayonnaise and julienned oriental vegetables, excellent balance of crunchiness from the breading and vegetables with the sauce.
First:
- whitefish ravioli, herb butter, fermented lemon and sage, very delicate and balanced dish, the flavors were all distinct, handmade and well cooked pasta, the filling was also excellent.
Seconds:
- diaphragm of Black Angus USA (250 gr) ajoli sauce with saffron and new potatoes with paprika, superlative dish, the meat melted in the mouth, excellent cooking of both the meat and the potatoes, well-balanced dish.
Dessert:
- Tiramisu hemisphere, cocoa tuille and dark chocolate sable, delicate, non-stringy, very distinct and balanced flavours.
- Blown dark chocolate mousse, chestnut and hazelnut crumble and cream ice cream, a dessert that I will hardly forget, the contrast of the warm crumble and the cold ice cream left me pleasantly surprised.
- Bavarian cream with honey, pomegranate sauce and sanded walnuts, it felt like eating cloud quenelles because they were so soft, also a superb and super balanced dish.
I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, I will definitely return to try the new dishes and new menus.

Taverna del Torchio was an extraordinary discovery! From the first moment, the welcome was impeccable, with attentive and friendly service that made the experience even more special.
We were offered an entrée of lard on a focaccia, a gesture that we greatly appreciated and that immediately anticipated the quality of the cuisine. We started with croquetas de jamón and Argentinean prawns with sriracha mayonnaise, both delicious, with well-balanced flavours and excellent raw materials.
The garganelli with asparagus and jamón ibérico were simply incredible, a dish that won us over at the first taste. The risotto for two, which they kindly prepared for one person since the place was not crowded, was a gesture of great attention and professionalism, as well as a true masterpiece of taste.
As a second course, the pork cheek on mashed potatoes was very tender and tasty, a dish that confirmed the high quality of the cuisine. To end on a sweet note, we tried the Bavarian cream and a chocolate mousse with vanilla ice cream, both perfect for ending the dinner in style.
The environment is cared for in every detail, welcoming and with an intimate atmosphere that makes the experience even more pleasant. A restaurant where the passion for cooking and attention to the customer are perceived in every dish and in every gesture. We can't wait to go back!

Cibo buono, di alta qualità e cucinato con grande attenzione e scrupolo, lo avrei apprezzato di più però se avesse dimostrato un gusto più deciso. Osate! Personale gentilissimo e servizio impeccabile. Dispiaciuta solo di non aver trovato la panna cotta ai porcini come da menù su TheFork visto che sono andata solo per quello.
