Il Tirabuscio’ es un restaurante Michelin Bib en la pequeña ciudad toscana de Bibbiena a unos 40 minutos al norte de Arezzo y aproximadamente una hora al este de Florencia. A pesar de su ubicación en “La Compagna”, merece la pena comer en este restaurante. La decoración es una mezcla de la Toscana clásica con algunos toques muy modernos. Pude hablar con los dos jefes que eran muy amables y ciertamente talentosos. Uno puede ver el menú en línea, pero yo tenía Raviolini con Anitra (pato) que estaba delicioso. Esto fue procedido por un plato de carnes toscanas y crostini. No hay “Vino di Casa”, pero hay una buena selección de vinos tintos y blancos a precios razonables. Los precios de todos los elementos del menú son más bajos de lo que uno esperaría para tal calidad. En resumen, ”si mangia bene e si paga poco! ”

In un locale semplice, nel pieno del centro storico, con un servizio attento e gentile, si possono gustare dei piatti particolari di ottima qualità: dalla tartare di trota, agli gnocchi fatti con patate e fagioli, ad un agnello veramente eccezionale. Consigliatissimo!!

11/08/2025: I discovered this restaurant for my bachelor party, guided in this discovery by my lifelong friends. The location is charming: a bit remote from the rest of the world, a bit mountain hut-like due to the use of wood in the furnishings, a bit mountain hut-like due to the sense of refreshment as soon as the dishes arrive. The dinner consisted of: - Appetizer: black crostini (Tuscan, not Umbrian) and crostini with dried tomatoes (with the addition of a fresh cheese), cured meats (prosciutto, salami, capocollo, lard, and dried sausage), and cheese, with fried gnocco as a side dish; - First courses: ricotta and spinach ravioli with fresh tomatoes and gnocchi with ragù antico (a white Chianina beef ragù); - Second courses: roast beef (excellently cooked, practically melted in the mouth), grilled sausage and lamb, and steak, with salad and fried zucchini flowers on the side. - Dessert: panna cotta with a fresh strawberry garnish. I could comment on every single dish; simply put, Franco, the owner, also owns a butcher shop and knows his stuff inside out. You won't necessarily always find the entire menu available, but you can discover "picturesque" taste paths if you let him guide you. My adventuresome friends, who were completely new to the place, explained to me how difficult it might be to find the same dish again, but how much more astonishing it is to sample, savor, and finally devour simple dishes prepared with quality ingredients. I will definitely return, perhaps outside of the "overly festive" atmosphere that accompanied my first visit to Ricordati di me. The restaurant's name, as far as I'm concerned, is certainly fitting.

10/10/2025: Good value for money, we had dinner two evenings with colleagues during the week in October, I stayed in Arezzo for work, the only flaw was one of the dishes on the menu that I found poorly executed, the ribollita.
01/10/2025: I saw that the restaurant's reviews are generally good! But I think my wife and I were unlucky! We had dinner there today! The facilities are really old! But this is great! The thing is, the meat is cooked in the middle of the first room! So, if you sit in that room, you'll leave smelling of grease and smoke! Our food wasn't tasty! Anyway, we were unlucky today!
