IL TIMONE In Albissola marina

I went to this restaurant last night and it was a really pleasant experience. From the first moment, the welcome was warm, with kind and attentive staff who immediately made us feel at ease. The waiter who served us was extremely courteous, available to recommend the best dishes and always with a smile. The service was impeccable: perfect waiting times, neither too long nor too rushed, which made the dinner even more relaxing. And then the food… simply delicious! Each dish was taken care of down to the smallest detail, with fresh and expertly combined ingredients. From first courses to desserts, everything was an explosion of authentic flavours. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and welcoming, perfect for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends. The value for money is more than fair for the quality offered. If you are looking for a place to eat well and feel pampered by the service, this restaurant is a perfect choice. I will definitely be back!

We choose this restaurant based on the reviews. Unfortunately we leave with a sense of annoyance due to the constant presence of the restaurant managers near our table. Courtesy is welcome, but too much is out of place.

Excellent lunch, strong and tasty dishes, very good first courses, I would even say refined, fried food that deserves a lot of attention, like other dishes taken from the group I delighted with here at Franco's. The desserts are very sought after, mostly made by them and tasty. Not least the service, Franco could take care of the customer and accompanies him on this culinary journey.

Had lunch for the first time today. Very light fried fish, tasty and plentiful. Homemade first courses. Friendly staff who are very prepared to explain the menus. Prices ... mouth-watering!

Ottimo ristorante fronte mare, ben gestito con personale simpaticissimo. Ottimi gli antipasti di mare e le trofie al pesto alla ligure. Bella posizione di fronte alla spiaggia, sicuramente un posta da ritornare. Prezzi nella media per la zona. Consiglio la prenotazione!
