Overall, the place isn't bad: the parking is convenient and ample, and the food is good. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. The panzerotti serving system doesn't work: no one in our group received their order because the panzerotti were placed in the wrong order on the tray. Furthermore, when we pointed out the error, the staff became annoyed.

At Tempio di Bacco, the Apulian panzerotto is a true taste experience!
The place is chaotic and noisy, and the wait is quite long. However, the inconvenience is more than made up for by the delicious panzerotti. The dough is soft and golden brown, while the filling, whether classic mozzarella and tomato or other variations, is always generous and stringy. You can taste the high-quality ingredients, and the frying isn't heavy.
A must-visit for lovers of Apulian cuisine. If you can ignore the hustle and bustle, you'll be rewarded with one of the best panzerotti you've ever tasted.

The atmosphere is stuck in the 80s, lots of people, there are also outdoor seats. Best to book, I liked the fried rings and the fries, good panzerotti, I recommend the gorgonzola ones. It's good for an evening.

We ate some excellent panzerotti, they seemed like the homemade ones of the past, thanks to the service which was a bit slow, but I have to say that there were people there.

First recommendation: RESERVE because the place is often visited by groups. Parking is easy.
Service is always provided by very helpful staff. The panzerotti collection and delivery system is more than excellent and they never fail. There's a wide selection of flavors. And the wait isn't long. A personal observation: the dough seems too leavened. So...

Positive experience. Excellent panzerotti, with a wide selection. The onion rings are also excellent. The indoor dining area is great for its air conditioning, but a little less so if you want a quieter atmosphere.
