Il Tempio del Panino In Capaccio

Small restaurant located on the main street of the temples, suitable for a "hit and run" lunch or dinner. I took advantage of it during an off-season walk in Paestum. Fairly positive experience. I enjoyed a good "Sea buffalo" sandwich. Really not bad. The basil maglionese gave that extra touch to the flavour. At the end of the meal I felt full, but not at all weighed down. Prices quite in line with the quality of what is consumed. Quick and friendly service.

Last night, together with my husband, we managed to eat in this place, since in summer it is impossible for tourists in Paestum. What can I say?! The place is really simple and welcoming, the staff too and the sandwich phenomenal! Never eaten such soft bread and such juicy meat. The whole set of ingredients (I made my own sandwich) leaves you breathless. Really very good, we will definitely be back. Compliments

It features fast food such as sandwiches and hamburgers. Satisfying portions. It is located opposite the archaeological site of Poseidonia. Quick service from the staff.

Tasty sandwiches with excellent quality local ingredients, it's a shame about the small spaces and the disorganization in managing a large number of customers (which we found almost everywhere in the restaurants in the area).

Siamo stati qui dopo una lunga passeggiata ai templi e devo dire ottima scelta. Abbiamo trovato casualmente questa paninoteca con prodotti davvero di ottima qualità, freschi e cucinati deliziosamente. Siamo stati serviti in tempi abbastanza veloci nonostante il locale fosse affollato. Con la loro possibilità di comporre il panino come meglio si desidera ti lasciano scoprire connubi davvero eccellenti. Prezzi nella norma , anzi molto buoni rispetto alla qualità del prodotto. Sarà sicuramente la mia tappa fissa quando ritornerò.

Immersed in the ancient remains of the archaeological park of Paestum, the temple of the sandwich is a very nice little place with a few tables outside to feed yourself on the fly during your visit to the park. The sandwiches are really very good and the staff are friendly. I ate the "er bacco", which was truly stellar. One of the best sandwiches I've ever tasted. The prices are affordable and absolutely excellent compared to the quality. Highly recommended
