The carbonara with truffle had been prepared with bacon instead of bacon, which is unacceptable. When I pointed out the mistake to the owner, her response was rather casual and unprofessional. But the real surprise came with the sliced ​​beef: simply delicious. Soft, tasty, it literally melted in your mouth. Perfect cooking, which enhanced the quality of the meat.
