Nice little place, tasty and plentiful dishes. Overall, nothing to complain about. Very competitively priced. We spent €33 for: A mixed appetizer with cold cuts, cheeses, truffle-wrapped chickpeas, and truffle bruschetta. Then came tagliatelle with mushrooms and truffle. Then came the main course: a delicious mixed grill! Generous portions, perhaps even too generous. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll most likely visit them again!

Beautiful Restaurant l, very attentive staff and service. The portions are generous and price is fair. I went with such high expectations however felt a bit let down. We ordered a Risotto al Tartufo and it was not good, it tasted bland and not creamy, the actual rice was not a good one for risotto. I didn’t appreciate the fact that they used “crema tartufata” in every dish, that tasted like the one you can get at the supermarket. The antipasto was very nice, but again the tartufo dishes didn’t do it for me. Also, The meat was overcooked, when we asked medium cooked. Overall ok experience.

Tartufo is a very elegant restaurant with a very beautiful view and the food is very good and the customer service is excellent

After years, I'm returning to this wonderful place, which I've frequented since I was a child. The location has obviously been renovated and is now splendid. As for the food, they've made great strides, maintaining the freshness and exceptional quality of the products. Their signature dish is the truffle, served in a variety of ways. Cibo veramente ottimo, piatti abbondanti.... Il personale è stato impeccabile, da chi ci ha accolto a chi ci ha servito. Una menzione speciale va al Cameriere Stefano, che ci ha servito sempre col sorriso e facendoci sentire a casa. Una persona gentile, educata ed empatica, oltre a essere davvero simpatico.

13/09/2025: Me, Mason😈 and our 6-7 wanted some mustard and mangoes☠️🥭, so Adriano brought them to us in 69 seconds and immediately after explained our group, immediately after Steven ordered the pizzas which cost a quarter so we decided to give a tip of 67 euros to Adriano🦅 who proved not to be chalant💪🔥

16/09/2025: I won't judge what I ate, as I don't have the expertise. In any case, I found everything excellent. What I'd like to focus on is a wish I expressed to the chef: As a resident of Ciociaria, I appreciate your research rooted in the region, but I feel a desire for a closer connection to local culinary traditions. I'd be fascinated to see the traditional dishes of Ciociaria revisited with your personal and innovative perspective. It's a complex challenge, requiring historical research and study, but my experiences at this restaurant have convinced me that you have the sensitivity and skill to transform these roots into unique and contemporary creations.
11/09/2025: A few steps back Whenever we pass through Fiuggi, this restaurant is a must-visit for us. Chef Tassa's touch is clearly evident. The menu is based on seasonal and local products, with a particular focus on vegetables. We chose the 8-course menu. It's a shame the welcome menu has changed: there are no longer various finger foods, but rather the course that previously opened the tasting menu. Unfortunately, the 8 courses also include the chef's welcome, so there are actually 7. The quality of the dishes is excellent, both in terms of flavor and balance. The wine tasting wasn't entirely satisfying: no particularly noteworthy labels, nor particularly impressive ones. Overall, however, it was still a pleasant evening.
