Il tartufo c'è sempre in questo ristorante tradizionale con cucina casereccia. Da non perdere il mix di antipasti: coratella, trippa, fagioli al tartufo, bruschette al tartufo e ai porcini,prosciutto di cervo, salamini di cinghiale e una delicatissima ricotta e un pecorino locale di carattere accompagnati dal miele che cade da un apposito versatore. La pasta è fatta in casa, ma forse troppo sottile: si spezza. Ravioli con ripieno di ricotta ed erbe varie. Forse la menta è di troppo. Sufficientemente ampia e ben scelta la lista dei vini: tra i rossi spicca il Sagrantino di Montefalco, tra i bianchi il Satrico del Casale del giglio. La vita è troppo breve e i piatti troppo buoni per accontentarsi del vino della casa

A house used as a restaurant in the lower part, genuine service of the products and super honest prices make this place a pleasant discovery, highly recommended 2 families with 3 children had a divine meal

In Stipes, near Lake Turano, we tried this farmhouse for Easter Monday. Quick and courteous service; the menu is qualitatively good and quantitatively generous (meat-based and fixed given the holiday) with home-produced products. Excellent desserts. Possibility of parking along the street. Recommended choice for refreshment for those on a trip to Lake Turano.
