I had the pleasure of having lunch at the Pino il Tarantino Restaurant and I must say that it was a truly pleasant experience. From the moment you arrive, you perceive a welcoming and refined atmosphere. The place is elegant, but not pretentious, and the staff is kind and attentive without ever being intrusive. I tried the spaghetti with clams, a classic, but prepared with a mastery that is rarely found: the pasta perfectly al dente, the flavor of the clams fresh and authentic, and an impeccable balance of flavours. As a second course, I chose a turbot which won me over with its freshness and perfect cooking. The wine list is well-stocked, with excellent local and national proposals, and the staff is always ready to recommend the ideal pairing. Another plus point is the possibility of dining outdoors during the summer, which makes everything even more pleasant.
