Il Tagliapizza In Castelvetrano

Excellent pizza! Following on from a previous negative review by the lady at table 14, I'd say she didn't quite understand the place's philosophy: the pizza, the service, and the food are the best you can get. It's just a shame the draft beer dispenser isn't working this evening.

We came here to try the delicious appetizers and pizzas. Manuel greeted us with a smile and a kindness that is rarely seen these days. I highly recommend stopping here!!! We'll definitely be back.

I found this pizzeria by chance, we arrived at almost 10pm and took 3 pizzas (2 savoury, 1 sweet) to take home, the service was very fast, the staff was kind. When we got home the pizza was still hot, We had a really good dinner, super light pizza, very good and just looking at it you can see that the leavening is perfect because it was a cloud. We will definitely return and eat there. The menu is very extensive and there is plenty to choose from. Compliments to the pizza chef and all the staff, everything was really excellent. We will return

I went to Il Tagliapizza last night and I can say without hesitation that it is one of the best pizzerias I have ever eaten at. The pizza is a real delight: light and digestible dough, perfect cooking in the oven, very fresh and high-quality ingredients. The margherita is a masterpiece of balance and taste, while the more elaborate pizzas surprise with originality and flavor, without ever being excessive. In addition to the exceptional pizza, a special mention goes to the staff: friendly, helpful and always smiling. You can feel the passion and care in every detail, from the service to the presentation of the dishes. The environment is welcoming, clean and well-kept, ideal for both an evening with friends and a family dinner. If you are looking for a pizza made with love and served with professionalism, Il Tagliapizza is the right place. I will definitely be back, and I can't wait to try the other specialties on the menu!

Disappointing. The dough is good but the toppings were not tasty and fresh. The pizza with chocolate was good although it needed a little more baking. The service was friendly.

I'll start by thanking the local guides who, with their previous reviews, allowed me to find this pizzeria. Nice and very familiar place, attentive and fast service, but the best comes with the pizza: perfect leavening and cooking, the very good choice of ingredients made the pizza exquisite with every bite. It's not my habit, but at the end of the evening I complimented the pizza chef. I hope this review of mine is useful to all Google users.

The ingredients on the pizza fuoco e Fiamme were tasty. The dough undoubtedly too, but that was not to judge. The layer of oil on the pizza had made the base completely soggy. The taste was good. Nice wine with it. The panna cotta and especially the tiramisu were delicious. Fast service and friendly staff. The location is ok.
