06/03/2026: This rating is an average of our three experiences. Two visits to Grow: excellent cuisine on both occasions, a well-curated wine list. The second evening, however, was marred by a mistake in the dining room—the waitress served us the dish from the only other table—with no apology or solution. We later received a dinner voucher as a gift. Booking proved complicated: the receptionist recommended using the website, but the online reservation was later canceled because the restaurant only accepts one voucher per evening and there was already another reservation with a voucher. Despite our situation (two small children, organizational difficulties), the restaurant was inflexible, saying it was their policy and it was impossible to find an alternative. The voucher, in this case, proved impractical to use: no flexibility for the customer, all the advantages for the restaurant (zero risk and immediate collection). While the food is worth it, managing issues and customer service remain Grow's weak points.

04/03/2026: An excellent Michelin-starred experience. The food pairings and cuisine are exceptional; you won't be disappointed. The setting is small, intimate, and calm. My only caveat: although it's common practice in high-end restaurants, I'd avoid having wait staff watching diners "like cameras." I understand the need for customer service, as long as it doesn't become embarrassing.
