05/07/2025: Entering the history of Rome, going down those stairs and admiring the lobster aquarium. Getting lost in front of the fish of the day display case and seeing the wooden boxes of Italian and international wines, brings to mind the splendor and magnificence that Rinaldi represents for Roman pride. Sitting at these large tables and being welcomed by Vincenzo, the host and all his highly trained staff, opens the perspective on what will be a taste experience. Tartare and Carpacci lead the way to what they were waiting for with such trepidation... Lobster! Yes, an excellence of taste and flavor, a balanced and delicious dish that married wonderfully with the bubbles chosen to accompany it. We also tried the pacchero which did not disappoint expectations. Finally, they surprised me by presenting me with a simple but certainly effective dessert to celebrate my birthday.
