The person who had lunch with me didn't want provolone on his pizza, so I asked for it on mine. Result: a surcharge was added to my pizza, while the other pizza received no deduction. Excellent pizza (it's not Neapolitan). I'm not celiac, but from what I hear, it's one of the rare places where you can eat well even without gluten.

We didn't feel like driving into Como so we stopped here to eat. Definitely a locals spot, but very friendly staff and the pizza was excellent.

The pizza is good, but the crust isn't crispy; it's actually quite rubbery. You absolutely CAN'T charge €3.50 for a 0.70-liter bottle of still water! This price is a real turn-off. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and the environment is clean, which is really important.

07/10/2025: My family and I have been to Mandragola many times and we had a really good time, the owners are welcoming and smiling, the service is excellent and fast, the dishes are exquisite and delicious, the owners almost always to entertain their customers sometimes have evenings with musical groups, shows and more now in this period they will have special events like Halloween party and in November there are 2 events Karaoke and the Thief of Faces which is a musical show and in December there is the special 90s evening you just have to choose and have fun, then they do modern and traditional cuisine are always special and extraordinary dishes special and very sweet welcome full of sincere affection, my family and I have always had a great time and we have always had a lot of fun it's like being at home Mandragola has always been our second home and still is I recommend you go there and you will not be disappointed kisses and hugs from your mascia Italian mummy
