I own a BMW 430. This morning I slashed a tire due to a pothole. I called CSA for help; they responded immediately and within minutes, they had organized a meeting. The mechanic performed a true miracle. Our transmission broke during a steep climb. He came to check on us, even though it was Sunday. He loaded us onto the tow truck and the next day found the part we needed for the repair, so we were ready to go again. He saved our vacation and charged very little for such a service. We highly recommend him: the utmost professionalism and a job done truly well. Thank you so much, Fabrizio, you saved us – two girls from Poland.

Really super kind! I accidentally put petrol instead of diesel and they promptly came to pick us up from the petrol station with the tow truck (very kind guy arrived immediately even though it was Saturday and he wasn't working) and we went to the workshop where Fabrizio was (he also arrived immediately even though it was Saturday) where in a handful of minutes they solved more than one problem for us!
