What can I say? Really nice place.
I personally found the pizza too elaborate and the dough average.

There is little to write about, the goodness of the pizza, from the dough to the excellent quality ingredients, makes this place absolutely my favourite.

Excellent pizza, quick service, nice idea of the remote control in the center of the table to request the arrival of a waiter.
The only flaw to point out is there is no possibility of having coffee 😬

The place is very nice and the environment is nice. You can't book in advance and the wait is quite long to get in. The food is good, you can feel that the pizza dough is light and that the ingredients are selected however it lacks that quid pluris that makes you say: ok I waited a long time but it was worth it. For example, in the pizza I got, the potatoes should have been cooked under ashes and sautéed in French butter but there was no trace of this last taste step and the result was good ingredients placed individually on a pizza but not mixed together.
The service is not bad but it is slow, I understand Saturdays and the crowds but having to call a waiter 3 times via a specific button without him coming is not the best.
Overall, however, a very good pizzeria.

My boyfriend and I went for dinner there on February 26, 2024, the pizza was excellent but I have a lot to complain about the service. Let's start from the assumption that the boy who served us the pizzas created the scenic effect of slicing the truffle on the pizza at the table, and so far so good. The problem is that he dropped the piece of truffle on the pizza and picked it up with his hands (without gloves) as if it were nothing (he might have had clean hands, but it wasn't very nice to see). But the thing that bothered me the most was the attitude of a waitress who practically kicked us out, not even having time to finish the pizza and beer which took everything away from the table. I might have understood if it had been a Saturday and they had a queue outside, if we had arrived late and they had to close, but it was a Monday evening and the room had lots of empty tables and no one waiting and it was 9.30pm.
If I had to rely only on the pizza I would go back with my eyes closed, but based also on the service I admit that I am very reluctant to the idea.

Esperienza favolosa in questa famosa pizzeria di Montesarchio. Dopo aver fatto un ora di macchina per assaggiare la pizza di Giuseppe Bove( conosciuto tramite i social), possiamo affermare senza esitazione che ne è valsa assolutamente la pena . Locale moderno molto ospitale e con ampio parcheggio fuori e personale davvero gentile e competente . Ma passiamo alla pizza: impasto leggerissimo( pizza contemporanea) e ingredienti di grande qualità per un esplosione di sapori straordinari. La ritengo una delle migliori pizze mai mangiate ( e ne ho mangiate parecchie in vita mia). Insieme a Francesco e sasà martucci e pepe in grani rimane per me tra le top 4 pizze mai mangiate. Ripeto, ingredienti di una qualità incredibile e una nota di merito per l'olio evo seleca delle terre di molinara, fantastico! Sentiremo molto parlare di questa pizzeria e sono convinto che a breve la troveremo nella top 20 d'italia. Complimenti Giuseppe!
