As an appetizer, the classic frittatina was excellent: dry breading and a soft, succulent filling.
Pizza montanara (a cream of shredded vegetables and fried sausage), fried and baked with a multigrain dough and mixed seeds added during the final stage of cooking: an innovative and very tasty pizza.
Pizza with melt-in-the-mouth pancetta and mashed potatoes from Taburno: very tasty with high-quality ingredients. The "Birra del Borgo Ducale" craft beer was good. The only drawback was the over-lighting (for my taste) in the dining room. A well-deserved 50top pizza italy award.

Nice and welcoming place, friendly and helpful staff. My pizza was good, with quality ingredients, but be careful when cooking it. My friends' pizzas were a bit undercooked (a shame considering the quality of the ingredients).

What can I say... I've been a customer of Giuseppe's since the very beginning. I still remember his first pizzeria, with just two tables, and seeing the evolution today is truly impressive. Over the years, you've continued to grow, improve, and build a top-notch team.
Last night I had an authentic experience of flavors: every dish speaks of passion, dedication, and quality.
I also want to highlight the excellent professionalism of the waiters, who in my opinion are the restaurant's true strength: attentive, friendly, and always impeccable.
"Il Segreto di Pulcinella" by Giuseppe Bove is proof that with dedication and vision, a dream can be transformed into excellence. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
