Excellent experience. Really good pizza, exceptional dough. Very large menu full of pizzas, not only traditional but also contemporary. I recommend the Gogondoca, the Mia Maddaloni and the Genovese, preferably to be shared as a "pizza tour". Large location but on Saturdays there is a huge queue and unfortunately you cannot book. I recommend going during the week. Fair prices for the type of pizzas, with beer we are around €16/18 each.

New headquarters of "Il Segreto di Pulcinella", excellent experience. Despite the long wait (1 hour, but it was Saturday), this pizzeria is worth a visit. Excellent dough and wide choice of classic, modern and gourmet pizzas. I recommend the Smoked Angus and the Gorgond'oca. Quick service, fair prices (around €16 each, with almost all gourmet pizzas). Very modern location not to my taste and very chaotic, unfortunately the sound-absorbing panels are not installed in the right place and therefore the noises are not well muffled. Convenient ample free parking. Recommended, but I wouldn't go back on Saturdays, only during the week!

Difficilmente do 5, ma in questo caso so tutti meritati. Inizio effettivamente dalla location ovvero dalla sala, un ambiente nuovo e ben curato. Servizio veramente di classe, con il giro pizza ci hanno cambiato piatto e posate ad ogni pizza. Il bagno che sembra un appartamento da quanto è grande e soprattutto pulitissimo. Infine le pizze, per me, sono davvero buone e gli ingredienti molto ricercati e di prima qualità. Super consigliato.

Mi aspettavo di meglio!!!! Era un po’ di tempo che volevo provare una pizza presso questo locale che ho sentito tanto pubblicizzare. La cosa che mi frenava sempre era che la Pizzeria non accettasse prenotazioni ragion per cui se non ci si reta ad un orario decente non esagero nel dire 19:00 19:30 ma max le 20:00 (e noi tutti che abbiamo dei bimbi piccoli sappiamo di cosa parliamo) si rischia di attendere fuori nell’attesa che si liberi qualche tavolo, e il tavolo eventualmente già libero non può essere occupato se non si é tutti presenti. Ho deciso di provare e già qualche minuto prima delle 20 ero qui. Anticipatamente ho provato a trovare qualche recensione o commento dove potessi sapere in anticipo se si potevano mangiare delle pizze senza glutine, avevo trovato un numero WhatsApp ho mandato subito un messaggio per info in merito, ma senza nessuna risposta, ma girovagando un po’ su le varie recensioni non ho trovato nulla in merito. Ho deciso comunque di provarci arrivo come dicevo intorno alle 20 e già vedevo che all’interno il locale era quasi pieno. Il locale è fatto bene, arredamento moderno con una capienza abbastanza discreta. Ottimo il servizio buono, veloce e camerieri gentili e disponibili. Con meraviglia trovato per la prima volta in questo locale un sistema dove poter chiamare il cameriere o richiedere il conto tramite un multi tasto installato nel supporto dove è scritto il numero di tavolo (VEDI FOTO). Come dicevo nel titolo, mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio una pizza o un impasto che dirsi voglia diverso che facesse la differenza. La cosa che mi ha lasciato un po’ perplesso tra virgolette e che una volta effettuato l’ordine, le pizze sono arrivate nel giro di 10/15 minuti il locale era abbastanza pieno e sicuramente prima di noi c’erano state delle ordinazioni. Posso immaginare e capire che dietro ci sia più di una persona a preparare un impasto a condirle ed ad infornarle, però nel momento in cui sono arrivate al tavolo le pizze NON erano caldissime o che fumavano, ma erano posso tiepide passatemi l’aggettivo giusto idem per la frittatina di pasta. Essendo io intollerante a farina e latticini e dato che ormai mi trovavo qui, ho voluto rischiare e prendere una pizza normale con la speranza che durante la nottata non avessi penato le pene dell’inferno. Nel momento che in cui scrivo questa recensione, come dire la nottata è passata e devo dire che non ho avuto nessun problema riguardo la pizza che ho mangiato. Il cornicione è abbastanza alto al centro molto sottile che tende ad afflosciarsi, abbiamo preso anche una montanara fritta e devo dire che non è che mi abbia stupito più di tanto, concludo dicendo che il locale è bello ma penso che sia importante in primis mangiare una buona pizza e poi tutto il contorno, il Servizio e il Conto. N.B. NON FANNO PIZZE SENZA GLUTINE, MA CHIEDENDO AL MOMENTO DELL'ORDINAZIONE E' POSSIBILE RICHIEDERE CHE LA PIZZA ORDINATA SIA CON MOZZARELLA SENZA LATTOSIO. Conto finale nella norma forse un po’ tantino per quattro persone, una cosa voglio dirla come ho fatto anche se non erro nelle recensioni passate riguardo le pizzerie e la pizza, il mondo della pizza è immenso indescrivibile, gigantesco a me non può piacere questo tipo di pizza, ma può piacere ad altre 100 persone Ragion per cui penso che bisogna valutare sul posto.
